Terms of Service

1. The Service

TagerHub connects Buyer companies with verified Supplier companies through a structured purchase-request and offer workflow: Buyers publish purchase requests, the TagerHub team reviews and approves them, category-matched verified Suppliers submit structured offers, Buyers compare and award a Supplier, and the resulting deal is tracked to completion.

TagerHub is a marketplace and workflow platform only. It is not a payment processor, escrow provider, logistics provider, or ERP system, and it is not a party to any agreement, purchase, or delivery arranged between a Buyer and a Supplier. TagerHub does not guarantee that any purchase request will receive offers, that any offer will be accepted, or that any Buyer or Supplier will perform their obligations to the other.

2. Pilot Status

The Service is currently in a limited pilot phase. Features, availability, and this document may change as the Service develops. We will make reasonable efforts to notify pilot participants of material changes affecting their use of the Service.

3. Accounts and Companies

You must provide accurate information about yourself and the company you represent, including company name, type (Buyer, Supplier, or Both), and location. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

4. Supplier Verification

Supplier companies must submit accurate business information and supporting documents (such as Commercial Registration and Tax Registration) for manual review by the TagerHub team before they may view purchase requests or submit offers. TagerHub may verify, reject, or suspend a Supplier company’s access at its discretion, including after initial verification, if information provided is inaccurate or if these Terms are violated.

5. Contact Information and Direct Dealing

To keep the marketplace fair and structured, contact details between a Buyer and a Supplier are not shared until a purchase request is awarded to that Supplier. Free-text fields are automatically checked for contact details (phone numbers, emails, links, and similar) before award, and submissions containing them are rejected with an explanation. You agree not to attempt to exchange contact information or arrange a transaction outside the Service before an award, or to otherwise circumvent this rule.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: submit false or misleading company, verification, purchase request, or offer information; attempt to bypass the contact-information filter or verification process; access or attempt to access another company’s data outside what the Service intentionally shows you; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Fees

Buyer use of the Service is free during the pilot. Supplier plans (Free, Pro, Enterprise) are referenced in the Service but no payment gateway is connected during the pilot; any plan assignment is manual and does not involve real billing.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis during the pilot, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to uptime, availability, or the accuracy of any listing, request, or offer. TagerHub does not guarantee, endorse, or vet the quality, legality, or fitness of any goods or services described in a purchase request or offer.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TagerHub and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from any transaction or dispute between a Buyer and a Supplier. Disputes between a Buyer and a Supplier over a specific deal are between those parties; TagerHub’s role is limited to providing a status field and an internal note visible only to the TagerHub team, not mediation, refunds, or escrow.

10. Termination

TagerHub may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or misuses the Service, with or without notice.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service develops. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
