1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name and email address, used for login and identification.
• Company information: company name, type (Buyer, Supplier, or Both), city, and country.
• Contact information: a phone number, email, and/or address you choose to add to your company profile, used solely to share with the counterpart company after a purchase request is awarded to them.
• Supplier verification documents: business documents (such as Commercial Registration and Tax Registration) uploaded by Supplier companies for manual review by the TagerHub team before they can quote on purchase requests.
• Marketplace activity: purchase requests, offers, comparisons, awards, deals, and ratings you create or that are created about your company, plus a record of key actions (such as approvals and awards) kept for security and accountability.

2. How We Use Information

We use this information to operate the marketplace: matching verified Suppliers to relevant purchase requests by category, letting the TagerHub team manually review Supplier verification documents, unlocking contact details between a Buyer and a Supplier only after an award, automatically screening free-text fields for contact details before award so the structured process isn’t bypassed, and responding to support requests.

3. Who Can See Your Information

• Your own company’s data is visible to members of your company.
• Basic company/request/offer information relevant to the marketplace workflow (for example, a purchase request’s details to category-matched verified Suppliers) is visible as the Service requires to function.
• Contact details (phone, email, address) are visible only to the specific Buyer and Supplier company of an awarded deal — never before award, and never to any other company.
• Supplier verification documents are visible only to the TagerHub team, for verification review.
• The TagerHub team can access platform data for approvals, verification, dispute oversight, and security purposes.
• We do not sell your information to third parties.

4. Where Information Is Stored

Data is stored with Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage). Verification documents and request attachments are stored in private storage that is not publicly accessible and is protected by the same access rules described above. We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use only the essential session cookies needed to keep you signed in. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Service. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us; some records (such as an audit trail of approvals or awards) may be retained where reasonably necessary for security, accountability, or legal reasons.

7. Your Rights

You can review and update your account and company information directly in the Service, or contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

8. Children

TagerHub is a business-to-business service and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service develops. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
